To purchase a policy you need to be over the age of 16. Please note that if you wish to pay monthly, the direct debit needs to be set up by someone (a relative) who is over the age of 18.
Yes, we can provide you with an insurance policy even if you are not making any money from providing animal related services.
Your annual turnover, wages paid to your employees, the additional covers you choose, your occupation and any previous claims are all factors that may affect your annual policy premium.
We can provide cover for you if you are working with banned breeds such as XL Bullies. However, please note that specific endorsements will apply to your policy so please read your documents carefully or speak to a member of the team.
We can provide you with cover if you wish to take on work experience students as long as you adhere to the young workers guidelines as set out by the government. Please note this would incur an additional premium.
We are able to provide cover for your business equipment, which can be added to your policy at any time during the policy year. We would require the rebuilding and/or the replacement value of the buildings/contents you are wishing to insure. Please note this would incur an additional premium.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide cover for animals that are scheduled under the Dangerous Wild Animals Act.
We do not sell pet insurance. We only insure animal related businesses.
If your policy is one which can be bought online, you will be able to set-up a direct debit or pay in full via our website. Alternatively, we are able to take card payments or set up a direct debit over the phone. We can also accept cheques or provide an invoice for a BACS payment.
No, we do not automatically renew our policies. You will receive a renewal invitation from us approximately 21 days prior to your policy renewal date. Please note, we need to receive renewal instructions and a payment from yourself to renew your policy.
You can either complete and return the declaration found within your renewal invitation, or you can contact our office and a member of the team will be able to complete the declaration with you over the phone.
